The Process
If you wish us to
purchase your property, we will arrange to view your property normally within 24
hours of you contacting us.
Please note
that we usually look to purchase a property
20%-30% below current market value. We are based in
London, but are able to purchase anywhere in the UK, as we have links with many property
associates spread across the country.
We will arrange
for an independent surveyor to value your property and make you
an offer based on this valuation. On acceptance of our
offer to purchase your property, we will ask you for your solicitor's details
and initiate the purchasing process (we can recommend solicitors to you if
necessary).
You will need a solicitor to act for you to ensure
that all the legalities are dealt with in a proper and professional manner. We
will pay your solicitor's legal selling costs associated with your sale, on
completion (up to a limit of £500.00). If your property is
already for sale with an estate agent, you may have to pay estate agents’ fees,
depending on your contract.
Completion of the property
purchase normally happens within one month. We aim to work within your
timescales as far as possible.
